Commodity Trading and Aggregation
Over the years, we have built a catalogue of trading partners for whom we aggregate and supply commodities based on their specifications.
Mining and Beneficiation
In addition to mining, we also engage in value addition directly, and in partnership with our off-takers.

Central to our operations is the provision of haulage , storage services, commodity handling; both locally and internationally.

Sebastine Mangley Kwallu
Managing Director/CEO
A seasoned expert in the industry, Sebastine’s foray into business began in the downstream sector of the oil and gas industry in Nigeria in 2004. After 10 years in the oil sector, he began trading and aggregation in mineral sands in 2014, and gradually grew competence in other solid mineral commodities. Sebastine drives the corporate strategy of the company, and is a member of several associations in the mining sector both locally and internationally.
Aminu Musa Aliyu
Chief Operations Officer (COO)
A second Class Upper (2.1) Graduate of Applied Geology from the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi in 2018 , Aminu has hands on field experience in Mining, Geological Mapping, Mineral and Geological Exploration, Hydrogeology and Site Management.
Salami Olayinka Kabiru
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Yinka has over 12 years cognate experience in audit, accounting and financial analysis/management. A graduate of Business Management from the University of Jos in 2008, he also holds a PGD in Accounting, and a certified member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) among others. Yinka is chiefly responsible for the company’s internal controls, accounts and finance, budgeting, risk management and planning.
Serah Japhet Habu
Managing Partner: Mining and Exploration Services
Serah recently acquired her PhD. in Geology from the University of Ilorin in 2023. A Geologist by Training, She has over 12 years experience in the private and public sector as an industry consultant in mining, mineral exploration and analysis. She has numerous international papers under her belt, and is a an advisory partner to several organizations as well as a member of the Nigerian Society of Mining Engineers (NMGS), and the Women in Mining- Nigeria among others.
Mamidak Iliya
Managing Partner: Research, Analysis and Project Management
An academic and consultant, Mamidak graduated from the University of Jos with a Second Class Upper Degree in Geology and Mining in 2007. Her core responsibility is research analysis, project design, planning and implementation. She also holds a Masters Degree in Petroleum and Environmental Technology from Coventry University in the United Kingdom in 2013, and currently a PhD student in the Department of Geology at the University of Jos. A recipient of several scholarships and awards, she is an active member of several bodies such as the Nigerian Society of Mining Engineers (NMGS) and Council of Nigerian Mining Engineers and Geoscientist (COMEG).
